SSORA (Space Surveillance Object Recognition App) is a software suite developed by Ploner Systems that can be used for the precise astrometric evaluation of images as well as the automatic recognition of satellites and space debris objects on passive optical space observations on a series of sky survey images.

The astrometric coordinates and photometric data of tracklets of man-made objects may be calculated with very high accuracy. By taking into account possible time biases of the recorded observation times, refraction effects, optical aberrations of specific telescope used and distortion effects of CMOS cameras with rolling shutter you can push the astrometric accuracy of your system to the limits.
